Responsible for leading and overseeing the company’s financial, accounting, and budgeting controls, ensuring reliable information and effective resource management.
Requisitos indispensables
- 5 to 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controllership roles, with supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP or administrative systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, Financial Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with cost accounting and/or financial control.
- Experience with financial information management and accounting close processes.
- Knowledge of budgeting and internal controls.
Deseable
- Experience in manufacturing companies.
- Experience in the food industry.
- Experience managing raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods inventories.
- Experience presenting financial reports and performance indicators directly to General Management.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or an MBA.
- Strong experience with production costs.
